Poem : Ponderings

Yesterdays and the moments that just dropped away,
Are synonyms of prodigious loss.

Impending moments and the tomorrows they will together make,
Are at times colossal wings of hope,
And at other times, undulating billows of uncertainty.

This very moment is the sole universal truth on existence.
Alas, that's gone too......

ഇന്നലകളും, ദേ ഇപ്പൊ കൊഴിഞ്ഞ ഈ നിമിഷവും,
ബ്രിഹത്തായ നഷ്ട്ടത്തിന്റെ സമാനാർത്ഥങ്ങൾ .

ഇന്നി വരാനിരിക്കുന്ന നിമിഷങ്ങളും, അവ കൂടിചേർന്നുണ്ടാകുന്ന നാളെകളും,
ചിലപ്പോൾ പ്രതീക്ഷയുടെ ജടായു ചിറകുകൾ,
മറ്റു ചിലപ്പോൾ ആശങ്കയുടെ ധൂമപടലങ്ങൾ.

ഈ ഒരു നിമിഷം മാത്രമാണ് അസ്തിത്വത്തിന്റെ വിശ്വജനീനമായ സാക്ഷ്യം.
ദേ, അതും പോയി മറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു......
